As a full-time caregiver to my husband, I have learned how important it is for me to make time to de-stress. I’ve certainly discovered that, if I’m not at my best, I can’t give my best to him.

LET US KNOW HOW YOU DE-STRESS!

My invitation to you, as readers of this blog, is to share ways that you de-stress best! I plan to post some of your most helpful suggestions on a number of my blogs in the future so that we can all learn from each other’s experiences.

Having become quite familiar with the many serious ways that stress can disrupt one’s life, I’ve learned some relaxation techniques on my own, read about some terrific methods developed by experts in the field, and heard from friends and colleagues about some of their most successful means of managing stress. I’ll be sharing some of these recommendations with you in my upcoming blogs. I’ll include some of your recommendations as well.
